Routing and Layout
From the staircase down to the basement, the entrance is designed in such a way that visitors and staff are naturally guided towards the central bar. This is achieved through oak planter boxes with rounded corners, which soften the route and integrate greenery into the space. On both sides of this passage, there are booth seatings, ideal for informal team meetings or lunch breaks.
To create privacy between the walkway and the seating areas, stainless steel partitions with inset canalé glass panels are used — a subtle detail that combines transparency with a sense of seclusion.
Back Wall
Along the back wall, a series of train-like seating extends across the entire width of the space. Each seat is equipped with Blom & Blom lamps, creating a warm, homely atmosphere. In the seating niches, TV screens and power outlets are integrated, making these spots suitable for informal meetings, hybrid conferences, or small presentations.
To ensure a smooth lunch experience in the Founders Club, a large open kitchen has been designed in such a way that all employees can smoothly choose their meals in a short period of time, without bottlenecks during lunch. In tribute to the company's IT background, the play area features an LED ceiling that can be programmed by the staff themselves.
